The acquisition of any of the products entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions that are indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to carefully read its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

From ARTHYCONO we recommend fixing and/or securing the Icon or Drawing Plate to avoid possible damage due to serious or fatal injuries if it tips over or falls. Availability and Substitutions


ARTHYCONO intends to guarantee the availability of all the products that are advertised through However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it is out of stock, the customer will be informed within 24/48 hours of placing the order. In case of not having the product in stock at the time of placing the order, the user will have the possibility to RESERVE said product, so that it is provided as soon as possible.

If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, ARTHYCONO may supply a product with similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it, exercising their right of withdrawal and resolution of the contract.

As they are copies of ancient works made by hand, on wood and canvas, mainly in the case of the Icons, if they were out of stock, ARTHYCONO undertakes to make a faithful copy of it with the same characteristics and qualities of the one published in our online store.

Regarding the series of drawings with architectural motifs called Impossible Architectures, in the event that the drawing selected by the client has been exhausted, ARTHYCONO also undertakes to make a faithful copy of it with the same characteristics and qualities of the one published in our online store.

In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the order would be canceled and the previously paid refund would be made, it will be made within 15 calendar days.

Purchase and/or Hiring Process

Orders will be delivered to the customer through courier or transport companies or other companies that make palletized shipments. The faults, losses, breakages or damages that may occur in the merchandise during its transport must be stated on the carrier’s delivery note. Failing this, they must be notified by email within a period not exceeding 48 hours from receipt.

Prices, Expenses and Taxes

Payment Methods

You can make the payment immediately through our Bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card (if possible). ARTHYCONO accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express. The bank that issues the card must be located in Spanish territory. When placing the order, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored directly in the 4B Gateway during the purchase process. ARTHYCONO does not store information regarding credit cards. For internal reasons of the Organization, the collection management is carried out through the WooComerce payment platform (electronic commerce platform), without this having any significance for the client.

  • By bank transfer

By cash deposit or bank transfer in favor of Arthycono, in the account number indicated in the order confirmation email. You must indicate the client’s name and order number at the time of making the transfer.

Orders that are not paid within 7 days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.

  • PayPal

Payment of the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.

Return and Withdrawal Policy

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, approving the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Orders that include special models, sizes or finishes/options must be explicitly accepted by the customer by signing or stamping the order confirmation. Said orders will be expressly manufactured and therefore CANNOT be canceled once their confirmation is received.


The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested good or product to inform ARTHYCONO of their desire to withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal implies that ARTHYCONO will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment.

During this period, the consumer will notify the entrepreneur of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling in the form at the end of this document and sending it to the ARTHYCONO email address

ARTHYCONO will communicate to the consumer in a durable medium an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal. To proceed with the return of a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used and/or assembled.

Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.


No product handled by the customer in misuse, breakage, etc. will be exchanged or paid for; Otherwise, all warranty will be lost. In the event of a defective product, the shipping costs will be charged to ARTHYCONO. In all other cases, these will be assumed by the client. If the cancellation of the order is communicated prior to its shipment, the customer will be exempt from any expense. In case of replacement of a product, it may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, although in any case an improved version or model, since the products are subject to continuous improvement. If the product is found in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) in which the product is found is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted; the same will happen otherwise. All products purchased in our online store come with the following guarantees: 5 years for Icons and 3 years for Impossible Architectures. The start date of the guarantee is the one that appears on the purchase invoice from the moment of its delivery, which covers possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any breakdown produced during said period.

The user must inform ARTHYCONO of the lack of conformity within fifteen days of becoming aware of it.

ARTHYCONO is not responsible for damage caused by non-professional installation, products modified or tampered with by the customer or by any other person not authorized by the manufacturer; as well as due to improper use, handling and/or apparent signs of improper treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by ARTHYCONO, attaching the delivery note and/or invoice.  In case of repair of a product, the customer can manage said repair directly, processing it and making the shipment. To do this, you must contact ARTHYCONO and request the necessary instructions, as well as an RMA authorization (Return Merchandise Authorization). It is important that returns to technical support are made perfectly packed and protected, without stickers or labels on the original packaging and protections. If the product arrives at the ARTHYCONO facility with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must use a strong box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to be inserted comfortably; It is recommended that the customer introduces a sufficient amount of protective material under, on top of and around the product (bubble wrap or paper or foam bags, etc.), in order to prevent any movement of the product inside the packaging.  The customer must indicate on the shipping label the RMA number provided by ARTHYCONO.

Deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, incorrect installation or defects derived from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.

In products of a durable nature, the consumer will have the right to an adequate technical service and the existence of spare parts for a minimum of 5 years from the date on which the product ceases to be manufactured, without the price of the spare parts being increased. when applying them in repairs.

Liability and Disclaimer

The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
